After pretending everything was 'fine' for so long (Or so, I thought) 12 months of ignoring how I felt it finally caught up with me and I had no other option but to deal with every feeling that washed over me. I've known Patti Penn for a long time now, we worked together in London (many years ago) so at dinner last week, and, being surrounded by Patti's energy everything just flooded to the surface. We spoke briefly about how I felt at dinner (but I had to stop as the tears started to roll) that's when Patti offered to do an EFT session on me the following day. At 11am I turned up at Pause in Joy with a totally open mind (unusual for me, considering how I felt) but as I had no idea what to expect, nothing could be worse than that sad, sad feeling I was dragging around with me! Let's just say Patti is amazing! After crying (a lot) and getting rid of so many things I was emotionally charged with, Patti just seemed to tap it all away. I'm now back in London and feel truly amazing! (even with jet-lag!!) She has helped me to erase so many negative thoughts and feelings it's wonderful to just feel like me again. I'm now a big believer in EFT, I have no desire to question what she does or how it really works, just knowing how I feel after a 90 minute session is enough for me! I'm happy just knowing it works and that Patti is absolutely amazing at it! Her presence, guidance and completely truthful demeanor just brings out the best in all efforts. You stay present to what your reality is but feel a sense of change and shift for the possibilities that you now suddenly realize you have. 'I feel change a comin' :-D Now going to join the book club for Ask and it is given and definitely want to take Reiki one over and take it to another level, all the way, (had another instructor, I never connected with). I am just so very sorry I missed the Celestine Prophecies but I did read it on my own this weekend. Re-connection to spirit and self, energy and transformation is ours to have, if we're willing to put forth the effort! Thank you for you Patti and for caring and sharing your gifts and knowledge.. I am completely empowered in my life and am so excited to be able to use powerful healing tools.
