For the past three years, a remarkable group of children, now teenagers, have led the { P A U S E } inJOY class. This class was specifically designed by them, for them. It is an exciting new opportunity for young adults to align with their own North Star, learn how to read energy, and adapt swiftly to challenging situations using practical tools that cater to their needs and personal growth in the world.
This advanced energetic practice is grounded in the realities that many teenagers face. It encourages self-awareness, empowering them to understand their own values and think critically in an ever-changing environment. By strengthening their inner attunement, they can recognize and navigate the pressures to conform or be bullied into conformity—a struggle that unfortunately persists in the 21st century. To be in tune with their inner knowing requires a sense of responsibility and a willingness to value their own journey, even in the face of hostility, jealousy, and envy, which many teenagers must navigate.
Each kid has eagerly downloaded the application form and expressed their needs for each class. If you are under 18 and interested, please note that parental consent is required. Parents are also welcome to be present during the Zoom chat sessions.
