{ P A U S E } inJOY is the central philosophy of the practice that you came here to inJOY your experience but to do that there are many predetermined mindsets, disconnections and killjoy you must de-fragment. Tuning-in to our natural sense of connection is made deeper and more sacred in alignment with Reiki, the { P A U S E } inJOY meditation, breathwork and the integration of all energetic fractures that inhibit any activation of potential.<\/p>\n

Here at { P A U S E } inJOY being the joy bringer you came all this way to be is going to need a compass and real life tools to navigate all aspects of your life spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. We are all joy bringers but activating that truth is needed more than ever to within our community, family, friends and colleagues. Knowing the subtleties of energy and how it effects your breathing, central nervous system to even how you think or process is more important today than ever.  The sheer amount of information a human processes in comparison to other generations is staggering but also depleting as is now with social media disconnecting many while connecting us.  Your focus and belief is an extremely valuable commodity whether you know it or not.  Prana, or ki energy goes where the focus goes whether you agree or disagree on what is being observed it has yo\"Reikiur attention now all it needs is for you to believe its true. Each level of { P A U S E } inJOY incorporates each level of Reiki attunements all the way to Masters but with a clear divine message to be inJOY as this life is a transmission that lifts the consciousness.<\/p>\n

Science is now in agreement with what we know in Ayurveda or Yoga.  Our physical well-being does not stand alone but a combination of our emotional intelligence and spiritual balance. Less stress leads to a healthier immune system but first you must consider the stress in your life and your allowance for its existence.  Some choose to willfully ignore the problems and situations until they can no longer be ignored.  Perhaps its the decision to stay in a relationship, job or body they hate by proceeding silently towards despair than opening to the possibility of something amazing and new.

This path is not for the fainthearted as we look for the beauty, the joy and the truth but we need to clean the ugly, the bitter and resentful parts that have not been heard.  We are all addicts, addicted to our narrative and it is in that narrative that a psychic phenomenon needs to occur to produces the awakening.  Spiritual Conscious Life-Force Energy within us and around us; together they are an astounding happening that changes your life forever.  So, to say that Reiki only produces a healing that balances the body\u2019s natural energy system to flourish and emerge is an understatement if you ask as it reminds us of our wholeness and what we are here to bring forth to the world.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
