Thursday x 4: Greatfull Gratitude Enhancement @ On Zoom

Greatfull Gratitude first emerged in the Spring of 2018 as a clear call to go deeper than surface appreciation and explore the unknown aspects of gratitude itself. Students wanted something honest and rigorous, far removed from the saccharine gratitude often performed to trick the software of manifestation, a practice now showing its inevitable blowback.

If we were going to explore gratitude, we would examine ingratitude, unconsciousness, and the subtle ways we disconnect from our own lives. From winter into spring, we will deepen and enhance gratitude as a living force supporting our well-being, abundance, and humanity. Gratitude moves from concept into lived experience, uplifting not only ourselves but also the environments we inhabit. It becomes less about listing blessings and more about valuing life exactly where you stand within the I AM.

March 2026 carries a similar threshold quality. As we transition from winter into spring, from introspection into emergence, this workshop becomes a bridge. Winter asked for a reflection. Spring demands commitment, energy, clarity, and focus, especially in the places where resistance still lingers. Spring calls for participation. It asks you to value what you often complain others undervalue while remaining blind to the devotion required in your own practice.
This month is not merely about feeling grateful. It is about understanding what we value, from life’s fleeting moments to our daily disciplines, from the anointed talents patiently cultivated over years to the quiet skills developed through consistency and devotion. It is about recognizing the small joys that sustain us as well as the struggles that strengthen and refine us.
Throughout March, we will work with gratitude as an embodied, energetic practice rather than a mental exercise. Through Dynamic Tapping and conscious awareness, we will identify ingratitude’s blind spots that dilute our ability to receive, create, and fully participate in life. We will examine where we have taken ourselves for granted, where we have undervalued our time, skills, or growth, and where subtle habits of catastrophizing or expecting struggle have shaped our experience.
Gratitude becomes a stabilizing force as we move from winter’s contraction into spring’s expansion. It strengthens emotional intelligence, increases energetic coherence, and supports the neurological shifts that emerge through consistent embodied practice.
By the end of March, you will be prepared for the Joy Manifestival we are here to live. The question is whether you are living inside a field of value or waiting for others to recognize what you already carry. Whether you recognize your own gifts without diminishing them. Whether you can hold the complexity of the world while remaining anchored in appreciation and creative agency.
Greatfull Gratitude is not sentimental. It is foundational. It stabilizes growth, refines intention, and prepares us to step into the next season with clarity and strength.
